Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Blair Wilkinson grew up in the neighboring city of cottage grove and adores the small town feel. She earned her B.S in Exercise Science for Northwest Christian University. She then moved to portland to pursue and earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States.

Dr. Blair uses a variety of adjustment styles as she understands not every BODY is the same. She is certified in Activator Method Protocol. She also is well versed in Diversified Adjusting Technique.

She is comfortable adjusting all ages including kids and expecting mothers!

Licenced Acupuncturist

Marco has been practicing since 2007. He earned his Masters Degree in Acupuncture from Bastyr University. “I like engaging with clients to help them achieve their maximum state of wellbeing, through the use of acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, tuina and qigong. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is very effective for pain relief, stress, insomnia, digestive disorders and many other conditions peopel may be suffering from.”

Sophie graduated from first Institute in Crystal Lake Illinois in 2019, but has been utilizing touch as a personal healing tool for much longer than that. Sophie is a true believer that healing begins in the nervous system’s ability to trust it’s environment, which fuels her passion about creating a safe space for healing. Sophie finds value in her experience working with people seeking pain management as well as those simply looking to unwind.

Roop graduated from Lane Community College’s massage program in 2024. While in school, she sought out mentorship and workshops that refined her skills in Thai fire cupping, trigger point work, sports massage style Muscle Energy Techniques (METs), and assisted stretching. While Roop gives excellent traditional (Swedish) massages, she specializes in her passion: Ashiatsu barefoot massage. Practicing Ashiatsu allows Roop to give “deep, yet noninvasive, pressure” using her whole body rather than just her hands. Roop loves giving mixed modality massages, and sprinkling in information for anyone interested in hearing what's going on beneath the surface!

Beyond bodywork, Roop grew up in a meditation community, earned a B.S. in Nutrition, Dietetics from OSU, and practices Reiki II. She currently teaches elementary and high school in Eugene. She loves a lot of things in this world, and teaching, massaging, and (in true Oregonian fashion) being outdoors are her favorites!
